INL Consulting was commissioned by GEMS 1 to utilising the INLVerido Service support a training intervention amongst a group of women in Sarina village, Kano state that aimed to increase their adoption of modern feed finishing techniques in order to increase the number of feed to sale cycles experienced by the women; thereby increasing their incomes. INLVerido field consultants visited the Sarina women weekly for four months collating cash transactions and observing and recording other non-financial factors that impacted their business performance over the period. At the end of the commissioned monitoring period, INLConsulting utilised the inputted information to measure the impact of the intervention in terms of revenue, cost and profit profile.
